Where AI Strategy Meets Organisational Reality
Most organisations don't have an AI problem. They have a transformation problem — one that technology alone will never solve.
Taiga Strategy Partners helps leadership teams navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence, organisational design, and human capability. We don't sell tools. We build the strategic architecture that makes AI actually work.
Who We Are
Taiga Strategy Partners is a Singapore-based management consultancy specialising in AI strategy, organisational transformation, and executive education.
We work with Fortune 500 leadership teams, government agencies, and boards of directors across Asia-Pacific and globally.
Our Foundation
Founded by Rachel Huang, Taiga brings together deep expertise in enterprise transformation, digital strategy, and the sociotechnical dynamics that determine whether AI initiatives create lasting value, or quietly hollow out the organisations that adopt them.

What Sets Us Apart
Frameworks, Not Playbooks
Every engagement is built on proprietary strategic frameworks developed through doctoral research and 30+ years of enterprise transformation experience. We don't recycle generic methodologies.
Boardroom to Frontline
We work across the full organisational stack — from board-level AI governance through to capability building for operational teams. Strategy without execution architecture is theatre.
Asia-Pacific Depth, Global Reach
Headquartered in Singapore with deep networks across ASEAN, India, Greater China, and beyond. We understand the regulatory, cultural, and competitive dynamics that shape AI adoption in this region.
About Taiga Strategy Partners
Taiga Strategy Partners was founded on a simple conviction: the organisations that will thrive in the age of artificial intelligence are not the ones that adopt the most technology, but the ones that transform most intentionally.
Too many companies are racing to deploy AI without asking the harder questions. What happens to organisational knowledge when you automate decision-making? How do you restructure teams around human-AI collaboration without hollowing out the capabilities that made you competitive in the first place? Where is the line between efficiency and institutional fragility?
These are the questions we were built to answer.
We are a specialist consultancy working at the intersection of AI strategy, organisational design, and leadership capability. Our clients include multinational corporations, sovereign institutions, financial services firms, and technology companies navigating the most consequential transformation of their operating lifetimes.
Our work is grounded in original research and proprietary frameworks — including models for organisational transformation under AI adoption, governance architectures for agentic systems, and strategic diagnostics that reveal the gaps between where leadership teams think they are and where they actually stand.
Taiga is headquartered in Singapore and operates across Asia-Pacific and internationally.

Practice Area 1
AI Strategy & Transformation Advisory
For leadership teams that need more than a roadmap.
We work with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams to design AI strategies that are organisationally viable — not just technically impressive. This means confronting the structural, cultural, and governance dimensions that determine whether AI initiatives scale or stall.
What this looks like
  • AI readiness diagnostics and maturity assessments
  • Enterprise AI strategy design aligned to business architecture
  • Organisational redesign for human-AI collaboration
  • Agentic AI governance frameworks and risk architecture
  • Board advisory on AI oversight and fiduciary responsibility
Typical Clients
  • Fortune 500 C-suites
  • Government digital transformation offices
  • Financial services leadership teams
  • Boards of directors
Practice Area 2
Executive Education & Capability Building
Because transformation is a leadership problem before it is a technology problem.
We design and deliver bespoke executive education programmes that build genuine AI fluency — not surface-level awareness, but the strategic understanding leaders need to make high-stakes decisions about AI adoption, workforce transformation, and organisational design.
Our programmes are developed from original frameworks and delivered with the intellectual rigour of a university setting and the pragmatism of a consultancy.
What this looks like
  • Custom executive programmes for leadership cohorts
  • AI immersion workshops for boards and C-suites
  • Multi-module transformation programmes spanning weeks or months
  • Industry-specific masterclasses (financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, government)
  • Train-the-trainer and internal capability seeding programmes
Typical Clients
  • Global enterprises investing in leadership capability
  • Government agencies building AI-ready public service leadership
  • Industry associations and professional bodies
Practice Area 3
Strategic Consulting & Research
Original thinking for organisations facing novel problems.
Some challenges don't fit a standard engagement model. Taiga's consulting practice takes on complex, high-ambiguity problems where off-the-shelf solutions don't exist — typically involving the intersection of AI adoption, workforce transformation, and institutional risk.
We draw on proprietary research and frameworks, including work on sociotechnical traps in AI adoption, the dynamics of organisational hollowing, and governance architectures for autonomous systems.
What this looks like
  • Bespoke research and strategic analysis for leadership teams
  • White papers and thought leadership commissioned by industry bodies
  • Scenario planning and strategic foresight for AI-driven disruption
  • Organisational risk assessments for large-scale AI deployment
  • Expert advisory for investment firms evaluating AI-driven assets
Typical Clients
  • Sovereign wealth funds
  • Investment holding companies
  • Industry regulators
  • Multinational leadership teams navigating inflection points
Practice Area 4
Keynotes, Media & Expert Representation
A distinctive voice on AI strategy and organisational transformation.
Taiga's principals are recognised thought leaders on AI strategy, organisational transformation, and the governance challenges of advanced AI systems. We deliver keynote addresses, panel contributions, and media commentary for global audiences.
Our speaking engagements are built around original frameworks and sharp, practitioner-grounded perspectives — not recycled trend commentary. We bring a point of view.
What this looks like
  • Keynote addresses at industry conferences and leadership summits
  • Panel moderation and expert participation
  • Media commentary and expert interviews (broadcast, print, podcast)
  • Commissioned thought leadership and editorial contributions
  • Private briefings for boards, investment committees, and leadership offsites
Topics We Speak On
  • The future of AI-driven organisations
  • Organisational transformation traps and how to avoid them
  • Agentic AI — governance, risk, and strategic opportunity
  • Human-AI collaboration and the future of work
  • AI strategy for boards and non-technical leaders
Thought Leadership
Perspectives
Original thinking on AI strategy, organisational transformation, and the forces reshaping how institutions compete, govern, and endure.
The Hollow Organisation
What happens when AI-driven efficiency erodes the very capabilities that made an organisation competitive? A framework for understanding — and preventing — institutional fragility.
The 18-Month Trap
Why most enterprise AI strategies are optimised for a window that has already closed — and what to do about it.
Agentic AI and the Governance Gap
Autonomous AI systems are arriving faster than the governance architectures needed to manage them. Where the real risks lie.
Intentionality as Strategy
In a landscape of accelerating automation, the organisations that win will be the ones that choose what not to automate.
